Yup we sucked it all up because our minds were controlled. We had given up control over our mind when we made the emotional decision of forsaking all to follow Jesus. It wasn't a head decision, it was a heart decision. It didn't matter how much gray matter you had as long as you gave your heart you got screwed. It was a gradual indoctrination process, a slow boil. You see how effective the mind control was by the mere fact that we are all probably still exhibiting old familiar behavior patterns even after years of leaving the cult. But Berg's method is not unique to the fam. It is classic cultic programming. Also used by communist and nazi training camps.
