Remember the verse Jesus gave Peter about the keys of the kingdom? It's a take off on that, the power of the keys is power for miracles of healing, power to claim miracles of supply, power to claim protection from the Enemy's attacks such as persecution. Remember the power Heaven's girls had? That's the power of the keys.
All they've done is they've rehashed a lot of old stuff, it's really nothing new. 3 years ago there was a lot of stuff about the new weapons of the spirit and the era of action, this has now evolved into the keys.
