Regarding the Time Magazine article and Bergs letter that followed. That is in print and is first hand. (though it may be part of lit that was burned.) Regarding the use of org. crime, that was first hand from a team member who worked with the team that took the ark over and dealt with the mob.
If Berg was not involved, he sure didn't mind the implications that he might be. That right there says a lot about his character.
