I don't post so much these days, I have been very busy with my own business, working 5 days a week between raising 3 kids, and now my husband's youngest son from his first marriage, I don't often get time to post and write things. But I often remember how grateful I am for my friends here and at NDN and Movingon, who have helped over the past 3 years to clear up a lot of confusion, have listened to my dilemmas and issues, and given their advice, support, encouragement and other.
Leaving the group was actually not the hardest decision of my life. The hardest was the choice to become FM from CM. That was the first step "down" for me, but the decision to leave completely was a quick one. What was hardest was the eventual aftermath, emotional, mental and spiritual. Many of you have been of more help to me than you realise in getting over the first year or so.
