No, it's certainly not moral and may not be legal either (the two aren't mutually exclusive) Fortunately for Jessica Lynch, her immoral cavorting in the nude pics were obtained by a sleazeball with a conscience. Pornographer Larry Flynt has reportedly decided to not publish the pics of Jessica Lynch. It remains to be seen, however, if the photographer still has negatives or copies that show up elsewhere. Be sure your sins will find you out.
