I think this one goes to the whole "public figure" theory. Same with Paris Hilton.
The bad thing is when someone becomes a public figure without getting the money that often comes with fame. She's just a kid who joined the military. They really should cut her a break. It sounds as if even Larry Flynt agrees. The articles I read today all say he is the owner of the photos, and has decided not to publish them.
