Yes, I really think you have a point! Until I read Ed's articles about how Berg was facinated with spirits, I blindly only thought that it was since he died that they've been into spiritism... but clearly, that's not the case! Berg was definitely into the "goddesses" and whenever he got sick or in a bad mood, it was because of some spirit that was attacking him. And if he saw a cute one, he just had sex with it! Now Maria and her minions are really having a field day with all the spirits. I wouldn't doubt that some have to have a list of all the different spirits, demons and devils hanging up in the bathroom so they can remember who they are supposed to rebuke! God, who in the world (but her!) can remember all of them??? Since the Family feels they no longer need to use the Bible as their spiritual foundation, and they are now in the "new-age" division of belief... there is just no stopping them in what else their imagination will cook up.
For some of the "old timers" still in the Family, I can imagine it's getting too tiresome and burdensome to have to add all this stuff to the already long list! May they one day wake up and leave!
