Hello Johanna,
There is an Internet-based translation tool at altavista.com that can translate English into German. All you need to do is copy the article to your computer's clipboard and then paste the text into the edit box at the following web page:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
You then select "English to German" from the list of translations and click on the button to translate the text. The translation will not be perfect, but it should help you to understand more about this group.
