Here, Eva was sharing about her journey which was something other than what she learned from TF, but Alan saw it as a spiritual attack and took it upon himself to dutifully defend and define Christianity according to "his" bible. Thus NC's opinion that he was out to instruct. IMO, Alan means well, but is unaware he actually does come across dogmatic. I can understand why it can be such a turn off to those who've had more than their fill of bible waving for several life times.
It's a shame, but up until this point I thought the rules were clear, but I found myself surprised at their official interpretation, and that nobody, including the coordinators, could identify enough with what NC was saying.
