I agree, I don't like that either, Susan. And it's nice to be able to explain that to people who see things in this black and white way. However, it's not going to be an easy task. It's like telling Muslim women they don't have to cover their heads and walk behind their husbands. THis is a belief system that is handed down to them and they follow because this is what they are told is according to the Koran.
However, I know what you are saying. I was reading about a Muslim cleric who was holding seminars in Jewish temples to help promote peace and understanding. I think this is a very good step towards peace.
