I understand what you mean about some elements of faith not being things that can be studied under a microscope, or proven in the physical realm, but that doesn't mean every element of faith or religion is unprovable. I don't think you are an agnostic, or someone who asserts that nothing spiritual is knowable, nor am I.
If religious documents (Bible, Dead Sea scrolls, etc.) and secular documents (writings of secular historians such s Josephus) are to be ignored as proof of our statements regarding religious issues, then we are up the creek without a paddle.
I've had my share of college courses in philosophy, world religions and psychology, and the dictionary definition for pantheism that I gave validate my statements. Are you asserting that Hinduism is not a pantheistic religion? The evidence shows otherwise.
