It was a carefully worded, intentionally somewhat condescening post, in return for the heavy condescending attitude of the people it was addressed to - if that's not you then the shoe doesn't fit, don't wear it. It uses familiar lingo, which the target audience traditionally applies on others whenever they wish to bully someone into submission. Apart from the 10 sentences you picked out, I thought it was beautiful and well worth reading. It might even end up being one of my favourite posts!
