In the space of only two posts on Journeys Eva has already won the admiration of a scholastic readership who’ve begun debating the content and style of the author: i.e.“It uses familiar lingo,… which the target audience traditionally applies to….”, “I think that's just the way she feels about things and the way she normally expresses herself,” “But they were there, addressed/mis-addressed to certain people, to address a certain issue spoken in a certain tone, albeit with less diplomacy in mind, I suspect.”
The fact is Eva's posts have significatly provoked me to reflect on many aspects of my own journey, beliefs in Christ, the Bible, and life in general.
By the way, here's my take on the use of such terms as "cohorts": Eva meant to be tongue in cheek and inoffensive, spicing her language a few pseudo condescending rejoinders.
