Yes, if Allan and co were very sensitive about their beliefs and thin-skinned, they could feel threatened and offended by these sentences. But I have more faith in Allan than that. I believe he will respect my right to be direct and outspoken as I respect his right to be the same. Sorry about the 'Dear Allan and cohorts' though. It was meant as a joke. I didn't realize it would be taken seriously.
