2 Peter 2 says their condenation is assured. This means they are not saved.(you can't be saved and condemned at the same time.) Berg rejected the Holy Spirit with his evil lies and corrupted several generations. Unless you're talking about death repentance, which there has never been any sign of, then he was not only not saved, but wasn't even close to being a christian. He was a corrupter, servant of Satan.
