I should clarify that a bit

My wife does read Bible stories to the kids but you know, when they've heard them they've heard them. And more than repetition, I believe it's important that our kids see that we're trying our best to live the truth. As for reading the Bible, what I mean is that I'm not into the 'daily devotions' thing. I do intensive studies sometimes when I'm tracking down a subject or a question & I have a whole wall full of reference books & often have lots of them open at one time, & I check out the Hebrew & Greek & related Canaanite myths. I don't yellow-mark my books like Eva does but I do take notes & use stickies. And of course there's the internet which is a vast libarary full of information & I use that a lot.

Despite not reading the Bible every day & not having 'prayer time' every day, I believe that I am a spiritual person. I just can't force myself into rituals & routines. Maybe it works for more methodical people but not for me.
