is/was in TF quite synonymous with being selfish, selfcentered, egoistical...therefore you could be
in the flesh about anything, inasmuch you could be
selfish/selfcentered about anything you can imagine.
Goal happened to be in about anything you did:
JOY Jesus others than you....I think, that was
applied to sex as well...interestingly enough, I think Berg claimed, that you wouldn't have to like someone, to have sex with that person, fulfilling
"their needs" (big concern of his : ( ), "showing/sharing
God's love"...he totally overlooked, that it left
people as emotional zombies,
trying to endure it "in the flesh"...as God's love
was simply not in it,.. as far as sex is concerned,
it was meant to be practiced within marriage & there & not only there Paul is very much on the same line with Jesus.
(By the way, I read there were some branches of the
"Gnosis", which reminded me a bit of TF, they had pretty much free sex, as they claimed, that the "thing" that mattered anyway was their
spirit, being kept in bondage by the body)

IMO a broken heart, a wounded spirit only a SPIRIT
can heal...holy enough to do so...Isaiah 61 (bind up the brokenhearted)

Before joining TF I was long deeply impressed by peaceful Buddhism & its set goal to assist man to
break out of the cycle of rebirth & the constant suffering...suggested method was to get detached
by meditation etc. from the world within & without us (as the attachment causes the hurt, or rather loosing something you're attached to)...perceiving it as maja, an illusion, a trap..
Problem was, I wanted immediate help, not to wait for day x, maybe after numerous rebirths!
