Well...to me, head knowledge is where one knows the godspel message, but it is nothing more han an academic knowledge. The knowledge doesn't change their life. The saducees, scribes, and pharasees of Christ's time on Earth had plenty of head knowledge, but they didn't allow it to truely alter their lives. Theey looked for legal loopholes in the Mosaic law. They may have followed the letter of the law, but not the spirit of it. Just look at Matthew 23 to see Christ's description of head knowledge without heart knowledge of the spirit of Christ.
