Sounds similar to a movie I saw a couple days ago, "The Body," in which an Israeli arechaeologist uncovers, supposedly, Joseph of Arimathea's tomb with the body of a 33-year old crucified carpenter inside. The Catholic church sends in a Jesuit priest (a former liberation theology rebel from Central America) to investigate, and next thing you know the Middle East is ready to blow up.
