There'd be a whole series on how God was judging her for sin in her heart & she was so damn hard-hearted God had to let the alligator nearly kill her child to get through to her. She'd be writing letters of confession published in FSMs about how she wished was was as humble & dedicated as Berg.
The fact that she'd saved her child would be overlooked by the 'disfiguring scars' the poor child would carry with him for life.
