Several of us went as far as we knew how to go, a few years back, trying to find out what happened to Abner's grave, which, as Observer says, was moved from TSC to a flowerbed in front of the old school in Grapeland, Texas (marked with a God-awful concrete casting of a giant yoke). When the school closed and the F. moved out of the area, nobody seems to know what became of Abner. Very few people even knew that he was buried there. The marker was made to be a memorial, so nobody would have necessarily thought it was a tombstone.
Some former top leaders now live in Texas, so I even contacted some of them to see if they knew anything. They didn't.
A close friend of Abner actually went so far as to go to all the cemeteries in Grapeland, Crockett, and other small towns in the area, to see if he might have been moved there. Nothing.
About DB's grave, the information I have is that he was buried in Portugal under a fake name, then moved to Canada (under another fake name?). The people who told me this were part of WS while these arrangements were made.
