I have been asked by a freind who belives in Jesus, the bible, Che Guevara, and Maradonna(!), but despises the churches, to baptise his 2 sons. I told him I didn't have any worthy ministerial credentials, and he said "GREAT, just what I nned!" I said I can't do it in a church since I don't have a license or affiliation, and he said "BRAVO! A genuine man of God!" I said I was in no hurry to make a decision to say yes, and that he should think about whether or not I was the right person for this, but he said "Such character! You're just the kind of man I'm looking for!" There was just no getting out of it! He is dead set on having a very unconventional baptism ceremony, and I will find out from talking to him what he wants or doesn't want. I was too young to remember my own baptism. Can anyone here tell me about their baptism experiences, be it their own or someone else's? I will pick from the best of these ideas, and have a talk with my friend and see if it matches his. HELP!
