The history she could provide would help a lot of people that are exers to realize the truth about the inner workings of the pre and early family and some of the latter because I am sure she is/was on a payroll.
This is not about harrassing her, this is about if anyone who knows her and is not pro-family, but knows people that have left but not without some connections, who could possibly be able to ask her to tell what she knows and get permission to relay it to the exer community.
Certainly Berg's writings about his life are tainted and full of lies. And Deborah Berg wrote more about her personal story and relation with her father. There are a number of people that are out of the family that still hold to the basics of Bergs writings as being "before his fall".
I will give you one example how some information that was not known helped me. Someone had shared how Abner (stand in the gap abner) who was in charge of security at TSC died on a motorcycle after crashing and having been drinking. There were all these songs and adorations about
Abner by Berg, and how he was looking out for the family and that is why the Lord took him. At the same time, average family members were harshly dealt with and made to believe that they were responsible for anything bad that happened to them when it was purely without fault on their part. Like getting sick, or their kids getting sick or hurt even when not in their care. That was a real eye opener for me regarding the obvious double standard and outright lying that occurred even back then.
And also to further allay any of those family hangovers that when something goes wrong that is beyond my control...whoops, I must've done something wrong.
Just because the Berg was rooted in deep sh*t, does not mean that people that followed were not accomplishing some good things with sincere hearts especially in those earlier days. That is because the picture that we had of Berg was one of a dedicated missionary who learned to be like "Fred Jordan" and live out of a suitcase and go on the road and witness, and dedicate his life to Jesus and to the youth that were hurting.
And many of us youth were connected to something positive IN SPITE of Berg's motivations.
