Yeah - Homer joins a cult out on a farm and it ends up the leader is growing pot. I didn't see the episode, but my hubby told me. Then on Everybody loves Raymond, Raymond joins a cult, but I didn't see the episode. I seem to remember a Frasier ad, but I can't be sure on that one. Isn't it interesting how Hollyweird seems to do things in spurts? It must be the brainstorming sessions of the writer's group happens all together or something. I think you're right, they are running out of ideas. Funny though, because half of Hollyweird are Scientologists.
