I'm sorry, but I must be a "bumpkin" or something. I don't understand what you are trying to say. Are you saying that the movie is not really touching people, or that it's not really doing well because its closest religious movie competition is "Veggie Tales?" I just don't get what you are trying to say. I'm trying to say that it's a very moving movie, and I hope that Mel Gibson does more of the same genre. I think the world could use this type of message and "entertainment" so to speak. What if he did one on the life of Paul, or the first 3 days of the early church, or whatever. It could raise awareness of what it means to be a believer, and accomplish a lot more than mere entertainment. He has the know how and tools to do a fantastic job, and I am praying that he will follow suit. If Hollywood wants to "get in on the action" and make a slew of religious movies, that's all fine and good. Just because they are making money on it doesn't mean it doesn't have validity as far as the content.
