My point of disagreement

This is the very point I disagree with:

"I don't believe anyone is not a sinner, meaning evil, breaking the law type person."

I do not think being a sinner means we are "evil," or as Berg said Aaron put it, "I was a dirty, rotten, stinking sinner until the age of 5 and then I got saved."

Being "sinners" is the fallen human condition, but it doesn't necessarily make us evil and rotten. It certainly makes us capable of all that as the Rwandan massacre shows, when normally good moral people partook of a horrible genocide, but it doesn't mean we ARE that way. Just that capability for evil actions, as well as very good actions, are there.
