I agree that to completely understand the Father is beyond us, we can barely understand each other, much less, Jesus or God the Father or the Holy Spirit! (IMO)

But what I'm saying is that if you say you understand Jesus, then you understand the Father, for they are one. It was important to Jesus that we knew that God loved us, that we have the Freedom to come to the Father, because God himself loves us.

Jhn 8:19 Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.

Jhn 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am [he], and [that] I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

Jhn 10:30 I and [my] Father are one.

What I'm saying, is that you can't say you don't know the Father, if you profess to know the Son.

As Jesus said, everything He said, was taught to him by the Father, He wanted us to be one, just as the Father and He were one.

Jhn 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

Jhn 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jhn 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jhn 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jhn 14:11 Believe me that I [am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
