blanket brothers?

There's some group loosely called the "Blanket Brothers", and they follow some guy named Jim (not the Rev. Jim on "Taxi"; though!!).
THey're in the States.

Is this the "garbage eaters" led by Jim Roberts?

I can't find anything under "blanket brothers."
