I just have to say this - first of all, I want to thank you for your attempt at keeping things separated on the boards, you took that quite well and tried very hard to not offend the non-Christian entity who post here.
I also understand that you are quite conservative and I am to a point, also, so I'm not begrudging that. However, please do not try and use this place as a sounding board. I realize that there are times when politics, love of country, and things of that nature will cross with our experiences in a cult, but it can get quite tempting to try and persuade those of an other opinion. I just want to remind you to try and refrain from doing that here, or at least keep at a minimum. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and no one wants to be pigeonholed anymore, we exmembers have a bit of an aversion to that.
Also, this post you put on both boards when it really only belongs on one, if at all. Let's leave Journeys for those trying to reconcile their collective spiritual walks in light of the damage that Berg did to each and every one of us. Thanks for understanding.
Also, there are plenty of posters who are not of your opinion yet are restraining themselves so as not to turn this into a powder keg of a place, which you know politics can do that. I hope you understand and I hope I'm making some sort of sense.
