My kids have seen the movies and those old enough have read the books. I enjoyed the first three the most, the last two seemed a bit of strained, but still they were alright.
The point I make to my kids, is that it is fantasy, just like Lord of the Rings. I tell the truth, that in life there are witches, and there is no such thing as good witches, as this isn't the way God chose to work. That in the Bible they were definately consider evil and forbidden.
I tell the it's fun to see a movie or read a book, but keep it in it's place. A fiction, that it.
