I know how you feel, like Mary Magdeline looking for her Lord, "They have taken Him away and I don't know where to find him". But Matt, the Family totally didn't represent Jesus in the way that they should have.
You should feel proud you survived the horror that you were hit with, the Berg was totally crazy to attack your Family after you lost your wife in such a terrible way. You should sue the damn bastard if he wasn't dead for the stress and grief he put you through. You were not the wrong one there, don't you know that?
What helped me, was just reading the Bible, throwing away every letter I had, and I had to stop thinking about the past, as I was a wreck and couldn't think about it without weeping and crying my eyes out. My son finally told me to stop thinking about it. (well my husband did too, but I didn't hear him!lol) I did, and as time past I was able to perceive the and recieve the true Jesus, not the monster the Family had dressed up for me to serve.
Believe me there is a 100 per cent difference to the true Jesus and what the Family tried to give you.
