Could you please clarify:

* have several turns at the same local topic, especially in the same thread

Also, are these new guidelines exclusively for political discourse, or do they also cover general discussions?

I agree with the spirit of the third point but how is that point different from being respectful? Wouldn't that be enough? Who is going to decide what "mind games" are?

Also, if it is mainly about political discourse (which some have gotten by doing even though it was announced a moratorium on the topic), who can serve as that neutral judge? (I was thinking that maybe Michael Moore would be a good one to approach for a movie about the family but he might be acused by some to be playing mind games...)

I have observed that in politics some people get personal very easily and let their emotions explode at the first opportunity. I can apologize all day long if I am acting in bad faith, and still do the very same thing next week. How many times does "continue violation" mean? I take it to be "all of the coordinators", not just one of them.

Please excuse me if these questions are out of line, after all I have no voice other than my opinions and before I form them I need to know a little bit more about the subject. I am nobody to be asking but I thank you for your consideration anyway.
