When I was still in breaking the 7 year rule merited a partial ex-communication, which meant 6 months babes status and a required reading list, for both parties.
Sex with someone outside the group meant the same thing. I saw people get partial ex-commed a 2nd time round. I don't know if there's anything like a 3 srikes and your out. It's quite possible leadership would be dealt with differently because the group is NOT a class-less society.
Apparently, one reason for the whole new renewal series is because SG membership was breaking these rules quite a lot.
