To Perry: It's true that some people will read the word ilk wrong. But there's actually nothing anti Chritian in your comments.

What happened to you happened to me too when I tried to get a discussion started on holistic health therapies, trying to point out that it's valid, that many Christians label it as New Age and that as a result they're missing out on something really good. I was subsequently told by one poster that I shouldn't post anything New Age on Journeys because it's totally satanic. I felt threatened at the time.

Nevertheless, the board's coordinators came to the rescue ... eventually. (Coordinators here are actually fellow humans living on the planet Earth. There are even times when they have to work, eat, sleep, travel, have problems too, and maybe they don't even get around to reading everything right away.)

The fact is on Journeys there's a place for even New Age discussion, certainly a place for holistic health discussion.

If anyone feel threatened, then holler. I think Journeys is important, and it needs all of us to be made a safe place.

About having a board for Bible Believing Christian discussion, I think it'd be good for all those who are BBC to speak up and cast their votes. I know I would read the discussion there, and might even sometimes have some bonafida non-threatening questions.

A political board? Well, I got lots I like to say on the subject, but I feel like I lost a one friend already, at least some of the friendliness is gone. Do I want more of that? I don't know.
