We also go to a pentecostal church, where we have become very active and also the pastors know where we came from. We have been embraced and have been taken in as part of the lay leadership. We have rejected everything we learned in the family except the foreign languages we know. I look at TF as non-Christian cult. IMO if someone looks at anything in TF as being good your are living in the past and it will be much harder to move forward. We took the attitude that we are now babes in Christ and have so much to learn and we have. As far as the other family is concered is for you to be good examples of what the Lord and the church is doing in your lives. I believe I would not report anyone to the authorities but really pray for the situation. You are probably better able to connect with these people than anyone in the church so you want to do all you can to keep the line of connection between you.
