- research found that Spirit Of David is actually a product line of illegal industrial manures with a long history of being a health hazard
- although the SOD company claims their industrial manure is sterile and completely safe the product has been rated as a bio-hazard for the following reasons:
- the product is infected with parasites as well as fly, flea and stink bug eggs that can potentially infect host organisms with a range of chronic virus bugs leading to critical illness
- the company has sold the product under several other names such as " Little Gem Turds " " Sod's Clods", "Family Farm Produce" "Profit Nuggets" and "Sod's High Increase Tillage"
