It's really hard to generalize because most of the data is based on either acculturated Asians or newly migrant Asians, but in general, Asians influenced by Confucian culture don't hold western (Freudian) notions about infantile sexuality. Some ethnic Asians are much more relaxed about parents and older children sharing a bed, for example, because they don't perceive this as sexualized behavior.
In general, Confucian-influenced Asians appear to be more concerned about family honor than personal morality. In other words, adolescents who get pregnant and bear children out of wedlock bring shame to the family, but the fact the adolescent is sexually active does not necessarily violate family expectations.
