I'm a humanist except for point 10. I accept the possibility of a higher truth that humans find through revelation, mysticism, altered states of consciousness or however you want to talk about the direct experience of something greater than ourselves.
I'm not big on dogma or appeals to the supernatural, but I think beliefs based on personal spiritual experience have validity for the people who hold those beliefs. Human faith creates a reality that cannot and should not be categorically dismissed or rejected.
