Margaret Hassan, the 57-y-o kidnapped British-Iraqi aid worker who has spent nearly half her life delivering food and medicine in Iraq, appeared on a televised video in the last 48 hours.
"Please help me," the hysterical woman pleaded between sobs. "This might be my last hours."
I would go to Kathy's Corner with this, but people of good will who don't believe in prayer, meditation, or psychological crutches might still want to do the gestalt of putting some caring, loving, thoughtful energy into the cosmos for an aide worker caught up in the hatred and insanity of war.
