So I'm not sure how you ended up linking and making judgement calls on her.
But for the rest of your post, I truly agree. I see we are saying basically the same thing in different ways.
Are you still a Lutheran? I ended up joining a Lutheran Church here, but a German friend of mine who attends tells me they are very different in Germany.
Here I've found them very community minded, very supportive and really try to stick to the Bible which I find very nice indeed.
