I think the answer is that as 1Cor.13 says, "now we see thru a glass darkly" and "know in part." Everything now is in part. Even our salvation is not fully realized since we don't have our resurrected bodies. And until then I don't think we can expect to have perfect health, financial blessing, etc. either. I think this is sort of what you're saying also.
Which means that untold millions of poor Christians in China and India, etc. are not "less blessed" or in a lower state of appropriating God's promises of provisions than we are in America. They're simply in a poorer part of this fallen world and we're in a richer part.
