I did an indepth study on the subject which very effectively "de-leadershipped" my understanding of the New Testament. Yes, you're right about there being elders but no single pastor. I don't know if I'd stick the label "Nicolaetans" on it, but basically I do agree with you.
On the other hand, I don't think a church having a pastor is a sign of apostacy so long as the elders have sufficient power to overrule the one man's mistaken decisions.
