As I've posted, I have personal pre-Christian EXPERIENCE regarding both Hinduism and Bhuddhism. That means I am never at the mercy of a person with a mere argument or
semi-rationalized philosophical mere opinion about it.
Sorry if that does not jibe with Worldwide Political Correctness.
I can talk arguments, as well as philosophy, though I find them a little boring and tiresome, and would much rather talk about the REAL jesus, versus the crappy old made-up
perversion-projections of a dead man. Can I get a "Whoop-whoop"?
Grouping the word "maybe" along with "...chaos theory, quantum mechanics, dynamic systems, etc. does not improve the PROBABILITY (that's REAL MATH) of an actually rational construct that "will eventually explain what mysticism in many religions have already been saying for ages", Miguel; old buddy.
If I remember from other posts, for instance to Lydia, you are (or were then, at least) of the opinion that "Little Miguel" (yes, the one in your pants) could "accidentally" get himself into a sexually/morally compromising position, without the apparent (according to you) volition, or even AWARENESS of Big Miguel. You and another male poster, very pretentious, were in the process of being rude/crude to Lydia, as I remember.
So, some of your ponderings are, shall we say, not as rational as others; at times?
To proceed, in the math system of probability, which I have ACTUALLY studied, there is what is called "vanishing probability". That means that if something is improbable to the degree of "one in one times ten to the negative 50th power", it will NEVER happen.
Judeo-Christian thought posit actual morality, and linear time, as well as judgement by a holy God. The Christian understanding (without giving the least thought about the "flyspeck theology" ("crappy, and of very little note" in the grand scheme of things) is that because God is good, He must judge sin, but in his mercy gave the REAL (i.e.: non-COG/FOL perv-jesus) Jesus so no would have to pat for their own sins unless they INSISITED on it. Plain and simple.
ALL the other religions say the opposite. period. the end.
Hinduism and Bhuddism posit circular time. That is, "Ye shall be as gods, ye shall not surely die. yadda, yadda, yadda." So, in those, you're basically "god with amnesia", who'll near-endlessly reincarnate, but forget everything that happened previously in the new-reincarnated-into "new body". Yikes! That actually appeals to you? And, you Actually want to come back HERE?!
Anyway, in logical/rational terms, taking a bad idea and adding a near-infinite amount of years still produces logical crap; Miguel.
Just what kind of morality or view of God are you seeking to justify; Miguel?
Tell me true.
Love and respect to all; but cut the crap; OK?
