It's so easy to get buttons pushed because of the fact that we were suppressed from speaking our opinions for so long. Someone explained it to me like what happens when tyrannical regimes get overthrown and all of a sudden the people are able to speak and say what they want, often times it starts with chaos and sometimes sheer anarchy, just because it's been held in for so long and also due to not being able to socialize this type of communication. It's like a weak muscle that needs to get redeveloped.
