Very interesting. I've read the exmember books you refer to. I've thought about writing a fictionalized account of my life in TF, but I'm far better at writing non-fiction than fiction, and I'm sure my old creative writing instructor would agree :-). Besides, as is so often the case but even more so in this instance, the truth is stranger than fiction. I doubt I could create from my imagination the bizzare cult life I lived.
Good for you, though. I think exmembers should be writing about their experiences in as many different genres as possible, from fiction to autobiography to academic essays, etc. I'm gonna add your Snakeman to my lengthy reading list.
