That's an interesting way of looking at it. In my case, because of the absolute trust I put in the group and the prophet (scary huh?) broguht about by my overwhelming desire to serve the Lord, I not just "loaned" my mind but surrendered it. I didn't even get it all back after I'd left. It was only after a series of painful "epiphanies" that I've been gaining control back. The mind is an awesome thing. There's so much power in it. And it's not always black and white, good and evil. So much gray areas (no pun intended). That's why in the wrong hands minds can be manipulated any which way. In the end it's always a choice between good and evil. But when you don't control it, it becomes very difficult to differentiate between the two. Thanks for the insight.
