It's just so hard to look back and think positively when we see how it affected our children. I guess it could always have been worse and my children pretty much have excelled at whatever they have done in spite of their struggles and people everywhere remark at how wonderful they are. That is a LOT to be thankful for and I am truly glad for that. I do think I joined with a pure heart too and that is what is so very confusing about it all. How could I have gotten so mixed up in something so bad when all I wanted to do was something good in the world.
