No, I don't think at all that you are defending the family. I also don't see myself as defending the CC. I just know there are decent folks in CC's and in PC's and creeps in both as well.
I am glad the CC has been exposed for covering up for their pedophile priests. I wish more of protestant churches were as well. Were they as big as the CC they would be.
I may have made a big mistake getting into this. I just know some nice people from a variety of faiths and also of no faith. As an occasionally Catholic kid, I used to feel sorry for the Baptists that couldn't dance. But I also was bored s-less in church.
Now I enjoy nature and attempt to enjoy life, what is left of it for me.
