Personal experience is extremely valid. I wrote some more and then deleted it realising I sounded as if I was giving a lecture and I'm not and I didn't want to sound pompous! I appologise in advance in case I ever do come as such.
I would be really interested in knowing a little more about your experience of religion being harmful with schizophrenia, if it isn't too uncomfortable to share.I have a great respect for privacy and have no wish to put you on the spot.
