I don't believe that the ICOC promotes sexual seduction (ie Flirty Fishing) to gain new members, so do you think this girl was 'freelancing' outside of church bounds & rules with you?
Especially since you say she neglected to share Jesus with you, it could be she's what they would consider to be a 'backslider' or not a member in completely good standing. In other words, she still believes in the ICOC teachings, but maybe they wouldn't consider her actions a reflection of what they teach.
